My name is Julie Rieffel born in Paris France in 1987.

I love mountains, ocean, dance, singing and silence.

By sharing my story, I wish to inspire you to have faith in the power of believing in your dreams.

I grew up in an environment where emotions were hidden because they had no right to be, which made me a shy little girl who was always afraid to express herself and to be judged.

Despite everything an inner voice was telling me that I had the right to be who I was with my emotions, my feelings and my dreams.

At the age of 18, I learned different massage techniques in a mechanical and physilogical perspective.

I practiced them professionally for 7 years on cruise ships and VIP SPA. In spite of these living conditions that some might call dreamlike, I found myself depressed and with a stomach ulcer.
This existential crisis led me first to Australia where I spent a year and a half in an Ashram. There I discovered meditation, the work of emotional liberation and began to perceive the relationship between the body and the emotions. Then I left for India where I trained in several forms of yoga (alignment, Hatha and Vinyasa).
Not giving up my passion for bodywork, I started to learn Chi Nei Tsang or massage of the internal organs and to study the principles of Chinese medicine. Then during a trip to Bali, I discovered and trained in Woman Womb Massage which focuses on the female parts of the body and allows to reopen the doors of sensuality.

In 2016, I moved to the tropical island of Koh Phangan where I discovered a new passion and started Watsu Water Therapy.
It was a great personal change, a deep inner peace has settled down.
I discovered a new world, the element of water, the sense of total letting go, the sensuality, the connection with water, the feeling of rebirth.

A deep wish led me to explore and develop my own way of living and expressing body holistic therapy. "Heart of Touch" was then born.

To support my patient's healing, I need to address all aspects, physical, emotional and mental, as a whole.
I am specialized in Watsu (aquatic bodywork), massage, yoga and Chinese medicine.
11 years of practice and personal evolution have allowed me to develop a very strong intuition.
By combining these techniques, sensitivity and 8 years of traveling I created my own holistic therapy: the "Heart of Touch".
For the past 4 years I have been living in Thailand Koh Phangan, where I have my own ecological center to guide my patients on the path of self-acceptance and self-love.
