Yoga

I have developed a unique approach of Yoga based
on my own practice of Hatha yoga, Aerial yoga and my understanding of Chinese medicine.
This approach has three main branches:

.the first one focuses on developing body flexibility and balance,
.the second helps to nurture the digestive system,
.the third guides you to transform your attitude to stress
​
In this journey, I help to you develop your own sensitivity.
I offer yoga classes for groups and custom made sessions for individuals.
